ATHLETICS:

Congratulations to Amy Naudé who clinched a Bronze medal in the U18 400m event at the CCA Championship held in the Ivory Coast.  Amy was up against the top 400m athletes in Africa.

CROSS COUNTRY:

SA LIFESAVING CHAMPIONSHIPS:

Zoë Frank progressed and made three SA Qualifying times, clinching a Bronze and two 5th place finishes in the finals.

MTB AND TRAIL RUNNING:

Brigitte von Buddenbrock won the 8km rail run at the ROAG Series and placed 5th in the 18km MTB event in her category.

CYCLING:

Congratulations to Tristan Turner and Joshua Wilson who participated in the 90km Tour Durban.
